Not at all. While we have a passion for helping first-time buyers in the LGBTQIA+ community build financial freedom through homeownership, we work with buyers and sellers at every stage, whether you're purchasing your first home, upgrading, or relocating to Portland, especially for individuals living out of state seeking a more queer-supportive community.
